		Terms and Conditions
		1. ITC Reserve the right to refuse any goods which do not comply with RMA procedures and conditions.
		2. Goods must be suitably packaged in original packaging with RMA label clearly attached on the outside of packaging.
		3. If goods arrive damaged, tampered with or modified in any way they will not be accepted and warranty will be void.
		4. If goods returned do not match our serial number records as shipped, they will be returned.
		5. Good returned with warranty seals broken will not be accepted and warranty will be void.
		6. RMA numbers are valid for 5 working days from date of issue.
		7. Any shortages/damage to goods received must be notified to us in writing within 48hrs of receipt.
		8. ITC will not accept liability for uninsured packages sent by the customer.
		9. Items out of warranty will not be accepted .
